Shipping

Orders containing cocktails are fulfilled by licensed 3rd party retailers in the Accelpay network. Retailers use a variety of fulfillment carriers.

Orders are expected to be delivered within 7 to 10 business days from the order date, but can vary based on your location. This estimate accounts for our retail partners' fulfillment process, which usually takes 4-6 business days, followed by the ground shipping of 3-4 days.

Our retail partners can fulfill orders in the US except for the following states:

> Alaska
> Arkansas
> Hawaii
> Oklahoma
> Maine
> Massachusetts
> Michigan
> Mississippi
> Tennessee
> Utah

You will receive a shipping confirmation email, containing a tracking number, once your order has shipped. This can take up to 3-5 business days after your order is placed.

VAT is payable on all online shop orders shipped to a UK address regardless of the country where the order is placed.

We're just as sad as you are if you missed your delivery. Please keep in mind that orders containing alcohol require adult (21+) signature. 

Shipping carriers such as FedEx and UPS will attempt your delivery again on the next business day. Carriers will only attempt deliveries 3 times before they are returned to the retailer. 

If you need to manage your delivery and have it held at a pickup location, you may do so by contacting the shipping carrier. Please note: Our support team is unable to schedule deliveries or have your order held at a pickup location. 

If your order is returned to the retailer, you will be given the option to reship for an additional shipping fee ($19.99) or you may be refunded less original shipping fee for the order.

MOTH cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage that may occur once your order has been delivered.

Once your order has been placed, it is not possible to amend/add any items included in the order or change the recipient details or delivery address. However, it may be possible to cancel the order, should you need to do this, please email us info@mothdrinks.com Once we begin the process of packing your order, amendments and cancellations will no longer be possible.

For orders containing alcohol, a recipient who is at least 21 years of age or older must be present to sign for the delivery. This age verification helps us maintain legal compliance and ensures that alcohol is not delivered to minors.
